   Formerly Lisa Haile, I was born and raised in Sumter and have been happily married to Mike Svetlik for over 30 years. We are the proud parents of 3 grown children and the grandparents of two grandchildren. Mike and I love Sumter, attend Christ Community Church and are active in many local activities and organizations throughout the year

    After earning my Real Estate License in 1985, I spent 8 years actively selling and listing homes in the Sumter area with 2 other Real Estate franchises. In 1994, I ventured out in faith and opened The Svetlik Company, Inc. In the years since opening, this office has grown from one agent to a fully functioning 14-agent real estate office. Regardless of the growth and success, I will always consider it an honor to serve the clients who come through our doors.
